Help your clients visualize your design before construction begins. Show layouts, finishes, furnishings, and architectural details with realistic interior and exterior renderings for residential and commercial spaces.
For a preliminary estimate, send available plans or images and an overview of your design. Final pricing is confirmed once your design and selections are complete.
Share dimensioned plans, relevant elevations, cabinetry details, and product selections. You will review the unrendered model before final rendering. One minor revision is included at that stage; larger changes are quoted separately. Payment reserves your place in the schedule.
AutoCAD Drafting
Turn your measurements, sketches, and design direction into drawings for your construction document set. From individual floor plans and elevations to larger drawing packages, get AutoCAD drafting support for residential and commercial projects.
Send your measurements, the drawings you need, and relevant ceiling, window, and door heights. Legible hand sketches are welcome; photos help clarify the space. Your project scope determines the estimated delivery date.
CAD drafting: $85 per hour. Work is billed against a retainer, with time tracked by project, detailed monthly reports, and unused retainer hours rolling forward.
Design Training
Build your technical skills with one-on-one virtual training in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering. Custom CAD templates are also available.
